Since 1969, when Yogi Bhajan begain teaching Kundalini yoga and meditation in the West, he taught many different mantras, each having a unique pronunciation, rhythm, meaning and purpose. Never before have all of these mantras been put together onto one CD for the student who wants to hear and chant with these powerful gems. It provides the correct pronunciation, rythym and translation of the many mantras Yogi Bhajan taught as a part of a Kundalini yoga set or meditation. It is also an essential reference source for Kundalini yoga teachers.

This CD can be used in many different ways. You can play the entire CD and listen to the many different mantras to become familiar with their unique qualities. Just listening to the deep rich sounds of Santokh Singh Khalsa's voice is a powerful healing experience in itself. Or you might like to pick one specific mantra you want to meditate on using the repeat function on your CD player. Or perhaps you'll use this CD as a reference tool to find the exact pronunciation and rhythm of a specific mantra you are want to practice or teach. Also included in the CD, is a booklet detailing the translation and meaning of many of the mantras.

This CD has 64 different mantras taught by Yogi Bhajan. It will teach you the exact pronunciation and rhythm as he taught them. Each track is about 1 minute long and can be looped using the repeat function on your CD player. Mantras on this CD include: Aad Guray Nameh, Aap Sahaee Hoa, Ajai Alai, Chatra Chakra Varti, Gobinday Mukanday, Har Singh Nar Singh, Humee Hum too Me too, Kal Akal, Pavan Pavan, Rakhay Rakhanahar, and Triple Mantra.

Santokh Singh Khalsa D.C. started studying with Yogi Bhajan in 1974. He became a Kundalini yoga teacher in 1975 and has been training Kundalini yoga teachers since 1982. He is also a successful chiropractor in Pasadena, California and uses yoga and mantra as a part of his healing techniques. He is the creator of the Ten Body Tune Up which is a healing massage procedure based on the body work techniques he learned from Yogi Bhajan. He is currently the president of the Khalsa Chiropractic Association.
